General Requirements :
* Male/Female, max 30 years old.
* Minimum Bachelors / S1 Degree in Psychology/Law/HR Management
* Excellent knowledge of Recruitment , Training and Development and Performance Management.
* Min 2 years experience working as Asst. HRD Manager
* Able to work under pressure, motivate and bring the best out of people
* Able to communicate in English
* Easy going, but able to deliver results, hardworking and team oriented.
* Highly computer literate.
* Able to work long hours.
